The 'Donate with Sole' shoe collection event by Centennial's choral department is on it's way towards a goal of collecting 2,500 shoes as part of a fall service project.

So far, 550 pairs of shoes have been collected since the opening of school. The choral department is partnering with the organization Fund2Orgs. This partnership will enable students to engage in an opportunity to help others around the world through a community shoe drive. Shoes collected by the Choirs of Centennial will be packaged and shipped for reuse in third-world countries.

Fund2Orgs will make a donation to the Centennial choir based on the number of shoes donated during the campaign.

Boxes have been set up in Centennial's front office for donations. The shoe drive ends Nov. 7.

Donated shoes should be in good condition. Donated shoes should be dry and clean, have the soles intact, laces (if necessary) and with no holes.
