Burleson ISD student Matthew Swaringen was honored at Monday night’s board meeting for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. Eagle Scout is the highest achievement or rank attainable in the Boy Scouting program of the Boy Scouts of America.
