Burleson High School’s Project Lead the Way engineering program was recently the recipient of a $10,000 grant from Lockheed Martin according to the Burleson ISD. The grant was awarded for the success of its engineering program. Burleson High School will use grant funds to purchase additional equipment and resources for teaching robotics and automation, CNC milling, and the engineering design process. CNC milling is a specific form of computer numerical controlled machining.
